Her proficiency extends to the renewal of certifications related to inspections of the Department of Health, Joint Commission, Fire Department, PROSHA, and “Single Permit” for hospitals.

She is a specialist in evaluating and managing programs such as Health and Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials, and Fire Prevention. María’s professional journey includes significant roles at the University District Hospital for Adults and Industrial Hospital. She holds a Master of Science (Industrial Hygiene) from the University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the Central University of Bayamón, further underlining her commitment to excellence in this field.
