His expertise in parliamentary and administrative processes has been developed through his work in the PR House of Representatives, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, and the Department of Justice. He holds a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the Eugenio María de Hostos School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) (Summa Cum Laude) from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, which underscores his commitment to excellence.
